Library Linking for Faculty

How to find and use links from library databases to embed in your online course sites.

Presentation

What are permalinks?

When you find articles or ebooks in the library's databases, permanent links are provided from within that database.  These are structured so that students can always find that item, and so that they can log in from off campus locations. Use the options on the left for examples of how to find permalinks across the various database platforms.

Please note that when you find items in SuperSearch, the most stable link to use is the one in the item's native database.
