Accessibility Resource Toolkit

The CSU Pueblo Library provides accessibility resources, including a disability services policy and adaptive technology like screen-reading software, to support students with disabilities in their academic work.

Accessibility Tools and Checkers

Acrobat Accessibility Checker

The Acrobat Accessibility Checker is a helpful tool for resolving many issues with PDFs, and is what the average user should use. However, Acrobat does not check against WCAG standards, which we are obligated to follow.

Accessible Templates and Accessible Checkers

Provides a variety of templates, tools, and tutorials to help users create accessible digital content. The resources cover best practices and tools for platforms like Microsoft Office and the web, all as part of their "Accessibility by Design" initiative.

Color Contrast Tools

There are many contrast tools available. Here are a few that we recommend, but you may use others as long as they check against WCAG standards. Our minimum goal is to meet level AA standards.
